🥳🍔 Opening of our first Burgouzz restaurant
Following the resounding success of Burgouzz, created by us in collaboration with renowned video artist Valouzz, we are delighted and proud to announce the opening of the first Burgouzz shop in Oberkampf.
Initially, the idea we shared with Valouzz was not to create simple burgers, but rather the very best burgers for street food lovers. A premium experience: from the packaging to the quality of the products found in our sandwiches, everything has been thought through and delineated to make the customer experience unique and unforgettable.
We wanted to offer inventive recipes with sharp tastes, surprising combinations of flavors and textures, and that refreshingly simple feeling of stepping out of the everyday while retaining the hallmarks of the smash burger we love so much.
In collaboration with Montoy Christian (Poca), Yann-Cédric Mainguy, Théo Téchené and the Guru World team, Valouzz was able, step by step, to define the contours and tastes of its menu, to materialize its offer for the delivery of its meals to its customers, to have real expertise in the management of its brand, and to receive support and a top-of-the-range service with the Guru World label.
Today, Burgouzz has landed in Paris's bustling 11th arrondissement, with its own dedicated outlet and a menu that's sure to delight gourmands and gourmands alike. A little surprise: Matthias Carré, winner of the Coupe de France du burger 2023, also collaborated on its creation.
